Our Story
Cooper and Scott met in 2003 at George Brown College in Toronto, Ontario while they were taking the Construction Engineering Technology Program. After graduation, Scott went on to apprentice at the Local 27 Carpenters Union, while Cooper became a foreman for a top landscaping company.
In 2006, they decided they wanted to go into business together and formed Construct & Conserve Building Inc. They started out as general contractors, doing renovations and additions. Their first custom home project was in Elliot Lake and from there, found a passion for building homes from start to finish.
